Boys Sports Performance

These classes are designed to prepare our boys ages 6 years old to 17 years old for future sports.  We focus on increasing their strength, agility, endurance, flexibility and coordination skills to help them become more successful in other sports such as baseball, football, soccer, basketball, gymnastics and so much more.   Coaches use tumbling, gymnastics and other fun activities to help increase the students skills.  Each class challenges students to do better in a fun and positive manner.

Boys Sports Performance

This class is great for all boys who want to get ahead start in their fitness journey to sports, while they are in sports or to maintain while the sport of their choice is out of season.  

Boys Sports Performance - Level 2

Invite only class.  After 90% of skills are completed from Boys Sports Performance class, students can advance to Level 2.
